Food Love... a special In-Situ activity in Sardinia

“Fish-related gastronomy” is the theme of the 'taste workshop' where, under the guidance of Michelin-starred chef Francesco Stara, students from Cagliari's Alberti school developed new recipes using sustainable fish species.
